At Saint Ann, we happily welcome all new parishioners!

If you are interested in joining our parish, you can do so in two ways: 

 

1. Download and print the registration form. Complete it and return it to the parish office or drop it in the collection basket at any weekend Mass.

2. Call the parish office at 330-938-2033 and request that a paper copy of the registration form be mailed to you. Complete and return the form to the parish office or drop it in the collection basket at any weekend Mass.
